- Second Wind Dallas is a non-profit organization that runs an Adopt-a-Family program every winter to help local families in the Dallas, Richardson, Plano and Irving area. We are five individuals who come together every year and this year we are finding sponsors for 120 families. We do not currently have additional programs throughout the year but we have lots of ideas for starting some hopefully soon.
